The First Aid Kit is located under the kitchen sink along with a fire extinguisher in case of emergencies. No smoking in the house or on the cushioned patio/porch furniture. Smoking will result in a $500 smoking damages fee. Pets and ESA’s (emotional support animals) are not allowed. If a pet is brought, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund and you will be charged a $500 fee. No additional overnight guests please. Please be respectful to our neighbors. No loud music please. Please let us know if you break anything so we can make replacement arrangements. This home is located on a quiet street in the woods and as such you may see bugs and animals. We do treat the home to prevent pests but the occasional bug may enter the home. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any contact with wildlife or domestic animals in the area.
